This 26.8-cu.-ft., 36-inch-class French-door refrigerator combines a PrintShield stainless steel finish with flexible fresh-food storage and exterior ice and water. Its standard-depth, freestanding design includes a bottom freezer drawer and a door-mounted ice bin that leaves more refrigerator shelf space available.

Confirm the dimensions of the actual unit and the instructions supplied with it before planning a tight opening; cabinet depth alone does not include the doors or handles. Install indoors in an ambient temperature of 55°F to 110°F; KitchenAid identifies 60°F to 90°F as the preferred range. Use a grounded three-prong outlet without an extension cord and follow the manufacturer instructions for water connection, leveling and door alignment.
