Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and certain holidays) after you receive your confirmation email. You will receive a call from a store representative to schedule your delivery as soon as possibly, within the handling window. Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Sat. You will receive a call to schedule your delivery as well as a call when the truck is headed your way. 

 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1020 Mena St, Mena, AR 71953. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day or within 2 business days. A representative will call you when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM - 5 PM on Mon-Fri and 10 AM - 3 PM Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Our return policy is at the discretion of the representative. Some inventory will be subject to a restocking fee. If the product is damaged as a result of misuse by the customer, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. Of course, we will always try to make our customers happy and will work with you to make sure your experience with our store is exceptional.
