SMEG CPF36UGGR Portofino 36-Inch Gas Range in Red
The SMEG CPF36UGGR brings Portofino styling, a red exterior and responsive gas cooking to a freestanding range. Five gas burners sit beneath continuous cast-iron grates, while the gas oven combines traditional bottom heat, convection cooking and a gas broiler.

- Five-burner gas cooktop: A dual ultra-rapid burner provides up to 20,000 BTU, with four additional burners offering a range of cooking outputs.
- Triple Fan Technology: Three oven fans circulate air during convection cooking. The oven offers bottom heat, bottom heat with convection and broiling, plus a fan defrost function.
- Practical oven interior: EverClean enamel, five shelf positions and two halogen lights help with everyday loading, visibility and care.
- Soft Close door: The triple-glazed oven door closes gently; the removable door and inner glass support cleaning as described in the user manual.
- Convenient controls: Stainless steel knobs and a touch display provide cooking selections, a programmable clock, timer and end-of-cooking alarm.
- Lower storage: A push-pull compartment provides space for oven accessories.

Installation planning
The full installation manual specifies a minimum 36-inch-wide cabinet opening. Have a qualified installer verify the actual appliance dimensions, adjustable height, handle and door clearance, cabinetry, ventilation and utility locations before preparing the space. The complete instructions include sidewall and overhead clearances, leveling, gas and electrical connections, and the required anti-tip attachment.
The range is manufactured for natural gas. LP/propane conversion must be performed by a qualified technician using the correct components and the manufacturer's conversion instructions. The electrical supply must be grounded; SMEG recommends a separate circuit serving only the range. Follow the rating plate, local requirements and all instructions supplied with the appliance.
