The Frigidaire FDPH4316AS pairs a stainless steel exterior and bar handle with hidden top controls, a 14-place-setting plastic tall tub and a 52 dBA sound rating. Three spray arms, DishSense soil sensing and selectable drying options handle a range of everyday loads.

Features

• Three spray arms: Lower, middle and upper spray arms provide water coverage across the two-rack interior.
• DishSense sensor: The dishwasher checks soil levels on Normal and Heavy cycles and adjusts water fills and cleaning time as needed.
• MaxDry option: MaxDry extends heated drying by about 20 minutes to improve results. Heat Dry and Air Dry selections provide other drying choices; rinse aid and loading affect results.
• Four wash cycles: Select Heavy, Normal, Quick / 1 Hr Wash or Energy Saver. The one-hour wash time applies to lightly soiled dishes and excludes drying.
• Sanitize and High Temp: Sanitize is available with Normal and Heavy cycles and uses a hotter final rinse under the manual’s NSF conditions. High Temp adds wash heat when selected.
• Two-rack flexibility: PVC-coated racks, an upper cup shelf and a silverware basket with three covers help organize up to 14 place settings.
• Convenient scheduling: Set a 2-, 4- or 6-hour delay and use control lock to prevent accidental changes. Status lights indicate washing, clean and sanitized conditions.
• Bar handle and Stay-Put door: The bar handle gives a simple grip, while the Stay-Put door helps loading and unloading. ENERGY STAR certification identifies the model’s efficiency qualification.

Installation and Planning

The cabinet drawing calls for an opening 24 inches wide, at least 24 inches deep and at least 34 1/4 inches high. Appliance height and cabinet-opening height are different measurements. Leave at least 2 inches of side clearance in a corner. Installation requires a grounded 120 V, 60 Hz supply on a separate 15- or 20-amp circuit, hot water of at least 120°F at 20–120 psi, correct drain routing, leveling and secure anchoring.
