The GE JGBS66DEKBB combines a 5.0 cu. ft. traditional oven with five sealed gas burners and an integrated griddle. Its black finish, gloss-black knobs and matte-black grates coordinate with a black appliance suite.

Cooking features

• Room for varied cookware: The edge-to-edge cooktop and continuous heavy cast-iron grates help you move cookware across the cooking surface.
• Power and control: A 15,000 BTU Power Boil burner provides high heat, while the 5,000 BTU Precise Simmer burner supports gentle cooking.
• Integrated griddle: The included griddle sits over the 10,000 BTU oval center burner for pancakes, sandwiches and other griddle favorites.
• Flexible oven space: Two flat nickel racks can be arranged across six positions. The separate lower broiler drawer offers Hi/Low broil settings.
• Convenient oven controls: Electronic touch controls include a clock and timer, audible preheat signal, delay bake, automatic oven shutoff and control-lock capability.
• Practical cleanup: Sealed burners and the recessed porcelain-enamel cooktop help contain spills. Heavy-duty grates are dishwasher-safe, and Steam Clean helps loosen light oven soil for wiping away.

Specifications

Cooktop burner outputs above are natural-gas ratings. Propane conversion changes the center burner rating to 8,000 BTU. This is a nominal 30-inch range; confirm actual dimensions and required clearances with the appliance and installation instructions before planning cabinetry.

Installation and included accessories

The range is configured for natural gas at the factory. An LP conversion kit is included; conversion must be performed by a qualified installer. A properly grounded electrical supply, correct gas connection, leveling and secure engagement of the required anti-tip device are part of installation. The integrated griddle is included. The JXGRATE1 center grate is an optional accessory sold separately.
