The GE JGBS66EEKES is a 30-inch freestanding gas range in Fingerprint Resistant Slate. Its 5.0 cu. ft. oven, five-burner cooktop and integrated center griddle support a range of everyday meals, with a separate broiler drawer below the oven.

Features

• Edge-to-edge cooking surface: Continuous heavy cast-iron grates provide a broad surface for moving cookware between sealed burners.
• Integrated griddle: The center oval burner heats the included griddle for pancakes, sandwiches and other flat-top favorites.
• High heat and gentle simmering: A 15,000 BTU Power Boil burner is paired with a 5,000 BTU Precise Simmer burner. Additional 9,500 and 12,000 BTU burners provide flexibility.
• Traditional oven: Two flat racks and six rack positions accommodate different baking arrangements. Use the lower broiler drawer for broiling; it is not a storage drawer.
• Steam Clean: A short steam-clean routine helps loosen light oven soils for wiping after cooling. Follow the owner manual for water quantity, preparation and cleanup.
• Convenient oven controls: Electronic controls include a clock and timer, Delay Bake, Hi/Low Broil, audible preheat notification and oven control lock.

Plan Your Installation

A qualified installer should verify the actual range, cabinet opening, gas supply, electrical connection and ventilation. Follow the full installation instructions for side and overhead clearances, the new approved gas connector, gas shutoff and leak testing. Install and engage the anti-tip bracket. Any conversion between natural gas and propane must be completed by a qualified gas installer using the applicable instructions.
