Cooking and Convenience

• Crisp Mode: Uses the bake and broil elements to help produce a crisp exterior. The manual specifies single-rack cooking and a two-minute preheat; follow its cookware and cooking guidance.
• Express Preheat: GE’s seven-minute preheat claim applies to Bake mode at 350°F, measured to the preheat beep with one standard rack.
• Versatile cooktop: Four radiant cooking elements include a 6/9-inch dual Power Boil element and an additional 9-inch Power Boil element. A fifth, center-rear warming zone holds already-cooked food warm.
• Oven functions: Traditional Bake and high/low Broil, plus an oven Warm setting.
