Installation planning

For a standard cabinet installation, the manual specifies a 30-inch minimum cabinet width, 28-1/2-inch minimum cutout width, 50-1/4-inch recommended cutout height and 24-inch cutout depth. Other cutout heights require the appropriate feet and trim configuration. A solid, level support must hold 330 lb. Flush installations have different requirements; have a qualified installer verify the actual cabinet, appliance and complete instructions before making a cutout.

The oven must be properly grounded and connected to the electrical supply required by its rating plate. Follow the full manual for the junction box, conduit, wiring, mounting screws, vent trim and final operating checks.
