• Temperature probe: Monitor internal food temperature on the oven screen; mobile updates require connected features.
• More ways to cook: Fresh Pizza, slow cooking and roasting, Proof and conventional baking and broiling offer flexibility.

Design and care

• SatinGlide roll-out racks ease loading and unloading; smooth-close doors help prevent slamming.
• Backlit knobs indicate preheating and completion, while the Far View screen enlarges key information after inactivity.
• Steam Clean helps loosen light soils. A separate high-temperature Self-Clean cycle handles more thorough cleaning; remove racks as instructed.
• Sabbath Mode is available. Additional hardware kits are sold separately.

Connected features

Use the KitchenAid app with home Wi-Fi for supported monitoring, remote cooking controls, favorites and probe updates. Remote operation requires the appliance’s Remote Enable setting. Wi-Fi and the app are required for connected functions, and features may change with updates. Compatible voice services have their own setup requirements; Alexa capabilities are available in the U.S.

Installation planning

This is a built-in double oven for a nominal 30-inch cabinet application. The supporting surface must be solid, level and capable of supporting 330 lb. Have a qualified installer verify the actual appliance, standard or flush cabinet configuration, cutout, ventilation and electrical rating before cutting cabinetry. The unit requires permanent electrical connection through its supplied conduit; a plug-in power cord is not included. Consult the complete double-oven installation instructions and the manufacturer for dimensions applicable to the chosen configuration.
