KitchenAid KDTM404KPS: 44 dBA dishwasher with a versatile third rack
Three racks create more ways to load the cookware, glasses and utensils used from prep to serving. A deep, angled third rack with rotating wash jets makes space for glasses, mugs, bowls and cooking tools, freeing the lower racks for larger items. The stainless steel exterior has a PrintShield finish that resists fingerprints and smudges.

- Clean Water Wash: Filtration removes food particles during washing and rinsing so cleaner water reaches dishes across all three racks
- ProWash: Sensors adjust wash time and temperature to the soil level of the load
- Five cycles: ProWash, Tough, Normal, Express Wash and Rinse offer options for everyday dishes, cookware and quick cleanup
- Flexible middle and lower racks: Adjust the middle rack height and fold selected rows of tines for taller or unusually shaped items
- SatinGlide rails: Third- and middle-rack rails help racks move smoothly; two middle-rack stemware holders support wine glasses
- Heat Dry and Extended Heat Dry: Added heat and optional extra drying time help dishes dry after the final rinse
- Sani-Rinse and Hi Temp Wash: Sani-Rinse adds a high-heat final rinse to eliminate 99.999% of food-soil bacteria; Hi Temp Wash adds washing heat when the selected cycle calls for it
- Hidden top controls: Tap-touch controls, a 2/4/8-hour delay, front status light and end-of-cycle signal help manage cleanup
- Leak identification: Sensors monitor water conditions and can stop filling, drain the tub and signal that service is needed
