KitchenAid KDTS324SPS: PrintShield Stainless Dishwasher
This 24-inch-class KitchenAid built-in dishwasher combines PrintShield Stainless finish, top controls and a 41 dBA sound rating with practical cleaning and loading features.
Features
- Third Level Jet Rack: Dedicated wash jets help clean mugs and bowls in the third rack. A removable utensil tray and adjustable middle rack create flexible space across three loading levels.
- 40+ total wash jets: Wash jets distribute cleaning coverage across all three racks.
- ProDry system: A heating element, water-repellent technology and natural ventilation work together to help dishes dry. ProDry Max adds drying time for loads that need it.
- Automatic Door Open Dry: The door opens after drying to release moisture and let room air circulate. The feature can be enabled or disabled through the settings described in the owner manual.
- ProWash cycle: A soil sensor adapts wash time and water temperature to the load. Choose from ProWash, Tough, Normal, Express and Rinse Only cycles.
- Loading and controls: An adjustable middle rack, fold-down stemware holders, hidden top controls and a front status light make daily loading and cycle checks convenient.
- Stainless steel inside and out: The stainless steel tub retains heat to support drying. PrintShield Stainless exterior finish resists fingerprints and smudges.
- Sani-Rinse: A high-temperature final rinse is available with compatible cycles. Follow the cycle guide for sanitizing selections and conditions.

Installation and Planning
The planning drawings show a cabinet opening at least 24 inches wide and 24 inches deep. The 33 5/8-inch minimum-height installation requires the feet and perforated insulation section to be removed as instructed. Allow at least 2 inches between the door side and an adjacent wall or cabinet in a corner. Have the installer confirm the actual unit, finished-floor height, handle projection, full door travel and automatic door-opening clearance before cabinetry is finalized. Follow the complete manuals for hot-water supply, drain routing, grounding, leveling and cabinet anchoring. A power cord is not included. Dimensions are planning references, not a fit guarantee.
