Installation planning

Have a qualified installer verify the actual appliance, rating plate, cabinetry and electrical supply before installation. LG's double-oven drawing specifies a 28-1/2 to 28-5/8 inch wide opening, 51-13/16 to 51-15/16 inch opening height and at least 23-1/2 inches of cutout depth. The supporting platform must be level and capable of supporting 325 lb. Allow at least 23 inches in front for the open door. These planning measurements do not replace the full cabinet, ventilation, mounting and electrical instructions.

The oven requires a properly grounded, dedicated electrical circuit. Keep the lower vent clear, retain the side spacers and secure the oven using the required mounting screws. Confirm the applicable electrical ratings and requirements from the unit's rating plate and current LG instructions.
