Cooking and Convenience

• Power™ Burner: An 18,000-BTU burner supplies high heat for searing and boiling.
• Oval and simmer burners: The 10,000-BTU center oval burner accommodates longer cookware. The simmer burner adjusts from 800 to 5,000 BTU for more delicate cooking; two additional burners complete the five-burner cooktop.
• Continuous cast-iron grates: Move suitable cookware across the edge-to-edge grate surface. The grates are dishwasher safe; follow the manual’s care instructions.
• Oven functions: Bake, Variable Broil, Keep Warm, Cook Time and Delay Bake. The Precision Cooking™ System manages oven heat for cooking consistency.
• Adjustable broiling: Variable Broil offers 350–500°F settings for browning and finishing dishes.
• Steam Clean: A 40-minute water-assisted cycle helps loosen light soil, followed by wiping. The hidden bake area keeps spills off the heating components beneath the oven floor.
• Oven space and visibility: Two standard racks, five rack positions, an extra-large window and an interior light.
