Give daily dishes more room with the Whirlpool WDTA50SAKZ. This 24-inch-class built-in dishwasher combines a stainless steel tub, a third utensil rack and an adjustable second rack in a Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel finish.
Features
- Third rack and flexible loading: A removable third-level utensil rack provides a dedicated spot for flatware and cooking tools. Raise or lower the second rack to accommodate taller items, and separate the three-piece silverware basket when the lower rack needs more room.
- Sensor cleaning: The Sensor Cycle adjusts wash action to the load. Heavy, Normal, Quick Wash and Soak & Clean provide additional choices for daily dishes, faster cleanup and dried-on food.
- Heated drying: Heated Dry adds heat after the wash; Extended Dry provides additional drying time. Use rinse aid and load dishes so water can drain for best drying results.
- Sani Rinse and High Temperature Wash: Choose Sani Rinse with a compatible cycle for a high-temperature sanitizing rinse, or use High Temperature Wash for stubborn food soils.
- Quiet operation and convenient controls: A 47 dBA sound rating, hidden top controls, cycle-status display and 1–24-hour delay start help cleanup fit around your day.
- Leak Identification System: When a supported leak is detected, the dishwasher alerts you and drains the tub. The system does not detect every leak, including some hose, connection, cracked-tub or door leaks.

Installation and Planning
Plan a 24-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep opening and have your installer verify the finished opening height, leveling range, door swing and adjacent-cabinet clearance. The manufacturer requires a grounded 120 V, 60 Hz supply on a 15 A or 20 A protected circuit and a suitable hot-water connection. A drain hose is supplied; a power cord is not included.
