About this model
The Quadra-Fire 4300 Step Top is a wood-burning stove with Automatic Combustion Control (ACC) and the Four-Point Burn System. The ACC supplies startup air for about 20 minutes after activation. This steel stove can be configured with a pedestal, traditional cast legs or Queen Anne legs, plus a door style and compatible trim. Base, door and venting selections must be confirmed in the final quote.
Quadra-Fire lists a 2.3 cu ft firebox, 18 in recommended log length, up to 12-hour maximum burn time under test conditions, 61,700 peak BTU/hr, 1.6 g/hr emissions and a 1,100–3,000 sq ft heating guide. Performance varies by wood moisture, load, chimney and building conditions. The brochure gives dimensions for each base and different clearances for single-wall and double-wall pipe.
The manufacturer shows Queen Anne leg finishes, cast legs, an arched or rectangular door, satin nickel door details and an optional fan. Some photos on the product page are labeled for other Quadra-Fire models; Washburn’s only uses imagery where the pictured part can be attributed to the 4300 Step Top. A chimney, connector, floor protection and installation materials are separately selected under the current 43ST-ACC-C manual. The manufacturer's Starting at amount is a product-only estimate.
