Washburn’s offers delivery, installation assistance, and service after the sale. Electrical work requires a qualified electrician.

Limited warranty

  • 5 years: spa structure
  • 2 years: acrylic shell against defects causing water loss
  • 1 year: factory-installed plumbing against covered leaks
  • 1 year: pump, heater, LED lighting, and control system
  • 1 year: synthetic wood cabinet material and assembly

For the original purchaser from an authorized dealer; coverage is not transferable. Coverage starts at installation, no later than one year after purchase. Covered repairs include parts and labor, subject to the full terms. Cabinet cosmetic finish is covered only at installation; normal fading and weathering are excluded. Filters, cover, accessories, improper installation, misuse, and improper water care are excluded from these coverages; separate accessory warranties may apply. Travel/service, shipping, delivery, and removal or installation costs may be additional. Contact Washburn’s for a claim.
