Planning and Installation

Install indoors on a flat, sturdy floor in a well-ventilated location away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. This freezer is designed for freestanding use. The manual requires more than 100 mm of clearance from adjacent walls and shows more than 700 mm above the freezer for lid access and ventilation. Review the full installation drawings and confirm the appliance dimensions and delivery route before purchase.

Use a dedicated grounded three-prong outlet matching the rating label. Let the freezer stand for 30 minutes before first connection, then allow it to cool for 2–3 hours before loading food; the manual calls for more than 4 hours in hot summer conditions.

Convertible Operation

Turn the exterior dial to the COOLING area for refrigerator operation or the FREEZING area for frozen storage. Clockwise adjustment lowers the temperature; counterclockwise adjustment raises it. Follow the recommended settings shown in the manual and allow the cabinet to reach the selected temperature before adding food.
